About the Role :
We are looking for a driven, reliable, and ambitious professional to work directly with the Founder.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate as the Founder's strategic extension — managing priorities,
driving execution, across diverse business initiatives. The role offers unparalleled exposure to business leadership,
strategic thinking, and end-to-end operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic, operational, and business development initiatives.
- Support in transaction evaluation
- Prepare business plans, investment decks, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Represent the Founder in meetings and drive outcomes on key priorities.
- Conduct research and provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
Desired Candidate Profile :
2–5 years of experience as part of founder's office overseeing consulting, corporate strategy, and start-upecosystems.
Excellent analytical, financial, and communication skills.Strong ownership mindset — dependable, proactive, and resourceful.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and unstructured environment.Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for learning and growth.What We Offer :
