Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on growth marketer to lead our organic and social media ecosystem — with a focus on YouTube, content-driven community building, and webinar-led enrolments.

The Senior Manager – Social & Organic Growth will own how our brand shows up across platforms, how content converts to community, and how engagement translates into leads. You’ll bring together content strategy, storytelling, and growth marketing to accelerate our organic reach and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

1. YouTube Growth & Content Strategy

• Lead end-to-end strategy for the official YouTube channel — from planning topics and formats to optimizing publishing cadence and video performance.
• Partner with faculty, creators, and industry experts to produce and deliver compelling educational content.
• Build a content calendar that aligns with learner interests, search intent, and program marketing goals. Leverage YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and storytelling to maximize reach and retention.
