Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to join our team and grow our online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our audience, increases engagement, and drives traffic and conversions.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, has strong visual and copywriting skills, and can produce compelling content from concept to execution.

• Key Responsibilities : Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, Stories, graphics, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop branded content.
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics, and optimize content based on insights.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas that align with our brand voice and audience.
• Support paid campaigns and influencer partnerships when needed.
• Qualifications : 1–3+ years of experience in social media content creation, marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience shooting and editing short-form video content.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to adapt tone and content for different platforms.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite).
• Bonus : Experience with paid ads or influencer collaborations.
