Job Title :

SAP Functional Project Manager / SAP Program Manager

Experience Required :

14+ years of overall experience in SAP functional roles , with 6+ years in project management .
Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations or migrations (e.G., SAP S / 4HANA, ECC).

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle , including planning, execution, delivery, and post-go-live support.

Provide functional expertise in at least 2 SAP modules and a strong understanding of other modules to define tailored SAP solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and requirements.

Define and document project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria .

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong functional expertise in SAP modules with ability to define customized solutions .

SAP certification in one or more functional modules preferred.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , ability to adapt and drive solutions independently.

Experience managing large-scale SAP projects , including vendors and cross-functional teams .

Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
