We are seeking a motivated Recruiter (US Shift) to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across IT and non-IT domains.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and internal databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Negotiate pay rates and terms with consultants and vendors.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process from submission to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and submittals in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to understand client needs and priority requirements.
- Meet daily / weekly performance metrics for submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.1–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment (non-IT experience can be considered for strong communicators).Hands-on experience with US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.) .Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent .Proficiency in sourcing tools, job portals, and Boolean search techniques.Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Shift Details :
