"Data Management & Governance : Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Perform analyses to support clinical, operational data Strategic Collaboration : Translate business questions into analytic requirements.

Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver insights.

Healthcare-Specific Focus Areas : Contribute to regulatory reporting, value-based care metrics, and clinical performance benchmarking"

Roll and Responsibilities :

Must Have Skills – AI / ML

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field. Strong proficiency in SQL , Excel , and at least one statistical or scripting language (e.g., Python ).
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling . Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and other healthcare data exchange standards. Experience with HEDIS, clinical interventions, and regulatory frameworks.
