Full Stack Engineer - Python / React.js

Role : Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Stack Developer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys building scalable products from the ground up. As part of our agile and cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and launching Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using modern technologies and best Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain scalable, production-grade applications using Python and ReactJS / Next.js (preferred).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to rapidly deliver MVPs and production-grade applications under tight timelines.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
• Lead and contribute to technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional team decisions.
• Implement unit tests to ensure code quality and robustness.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as Candidate :
• Proven production-level experience with Python on the backend and ReactJS or NextJS in the Frontend.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with writing and maintaining unit test cases.
• Ability to navigate and deliver in ambiguous, fast-changing startup-like environments.
• Comfortable working under tight timelines - working in Agile, be it the Sprint or Kanban model.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and leading technical discussions is a plus.
• Graduation in Computer Science and related fields Qualifications :
• Experience with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
