We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MarkIT EDM Data Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of data engineering principles, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using MarkIT EDM.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data processes.
Optimize data workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Handling and managing the ongoing operation and application production support processes.
Involve and run the application infrastructure upgrades, patch management and disaster recovery exercise.

Required Skills :

6+ Years of extensive experience with MarkIT EDM and data engineering.

Proficiency in SQL, ControlM and database management.

Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Conversant with the version management tool GITHUB and Bit Bucket

Be familiar with the project tracking tools Atlassian JIRA and collaboration tool Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with programming languages such as Python, or Scala.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
