Job Overview :

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who brings bold, strategic, and beautifully crafted ideas to life — someone with a strong foundation in branding and packaging design, and a deep understanding of how visual storytelling can transform a brand. You’ll be leading design thinking, mentoring creatives, and driving standout visual identities and packaging systems for diverse brands across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute high-impact branding and packaging design projects from concept to final production
• Translate brand strategies into powerful, cohesive visual narratives
• Oversee and guide a team of designers, providing creative direction and feedback
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, and client servicing teams to ensure alignment of creative output with brand goals
• Present work to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence
• Stay updated with design and packaging trends, ensuring fresh, forward-thinking output
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and hygiene across all deliverables
