Job Profile : Should have expert knowledge of working on Tally (Knowledge of working on cost centers in Tally will have additional

advantage).Would be responsible for overall accounts of real estate company as per details mentioned below : -

1. passing cash payment / receipt entries / Admin related work / Data entries

2. bank payment / receipt entries with timely reconciliations, making NEFT / RTGS payment to vendors

3. Booking of construction expenses with cost centers into tally

4. Follow up with construction, marketing team / vendors for booking of bills against advance payments made to contractors.

6. Office admin works and maintainace of the same

7. Purchase of construction material and finding various vendors

Salary - 22K - 28K
