Workday Business Analyst & Project Manager (Ba / Pm)

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Business Analyst & Project Manager (BA / PM) who can act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the Workday technical team—while also managing project execution, milestones, timelines, and delivery. This hybrid role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder coordination, documentation skills, and hands-on project leadership. The role will support initiatives related to Workday Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, and Adaptive Planning within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Workday Functional Responsibilities

• Work with finance, IT, and business units to gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Leverage banking sector experience to align Workday capabilities with regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Provide recommendations on configuration and optimization of Workday modules.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate and validated data integration across Workday and external systems.
• Assist with report creation, dashboards, and analytical insights using Adaptive, Prism, OfficeConnect, and Workday reporting tools.
• Support UAT, conduct functional validation, verify deliverables, and enhance system quality.
• Maintain expertise in Workday features and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
