Technical Lead – Software Engineering

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Lead who will guide a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strong team mentorship and project ownership.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to architect and deliver robust systems that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern, cloud-native applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system architectures.
• Ensure best coding practices , performance optimization, and security standards are followed.
• Conduct regular code reviews , mentoring sessions, and architecture discussions with the team.
• Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) using tools like Git, Docker, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management for seamless delivery.
• Take ownership of project timelines, quality metrics, and client communication .
• Research and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency and product capability.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical and career growth.
