Role Overview
We are looking for a compliance-driven and proactive HR professional to manage the end-
to-end HR operations and labour law compliance at Dilip Buildcon. This role is crucial in
ensuring statutory adherence across a large workforce, while also strengthening employee
relations, performance management, and HR analytics to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, CLRA, and statutory regulations (PF,
ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Employee Compensation, etc.)
Handle labour law audits, inspections, and statutory filings with government authoritiesMaintain statutory registers, employee records, and compliance documentationMonitor and enforce contract labour compliance across all vendors and contractorsCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure smoothstatutory operations
Employee Life Cycle Management
Oversee the complete employee life cycle including on boarding, induction, transfers, andseparations
Manage exit formalities and ensure compliance during employee separationsHR Operations
Supervise attendance, leave, and payroll inputsAdminister insurance policies (Mediclaim, GPA, etc.)Provide accurate HR records for compliance and internal reportingPerformance Management System (PMS)
Implement and monitor PMS cycles across business unitsCoordinate performance reviews and appraisal processesEmployee Relations & Welfare
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring resolution aligned withstatutory requirements
Drive employee welfare initiatives and promote a safe, compliant, and supportive workculture
Support engagement programs to boost employee satisfaction and retentionHR Analytics & Reporting
Develop and manage HR dashboards with a focus on compliance metrics, attrition, andworkforce utilization
Track machine-to-manpower tagging ratio to optimize productivityDeliver data-driven insights for leadership decision-makingQualifications & Skills
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Labour Welfare or equivalent5–10 years of experience in HR operations and labour law compliance (infrastructure,construction, or manufacturing industry experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour legislations, CLRA, Factories Act, and Industrial Relations ActProven ability to handle audits, inspections, and compliance disputesProficiency in HRMS / HR software and MS OfficeExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsKey Competencies
