Kidology is a fast-scaling D2C kids' lifestyle and toy brand built at the intersection of creativity, fun, and functionality. With growing demand in the Q-Commerce space, we are on a mission to make Kidology products instantly available at customers' doorsteps via platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

What You'll Do :

• Drive growth on Q-Commerce platforms by creating and executing strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and revenue.
• Own listing optimization – from titles, keywords, and creatives to pricing strategies – to maximize discoverability and sales.
• Plan and run platform campaigns, offers, and marketing initiatives in sync with overall brand goals.
• Analyze sales data, CTR, conversions, and retention trends to identify growth levers.
• Work closely with design & marketing teams to build platform-specific creatives, banners, and brand presence .
• Collaborate with platform account managers for growth-focused tie-ups and visibility boosters .
• Monitor competition and identify whitespace opportunities for category dominance.
• Ensure smooth inventory alignment so growth campaigns never face out-of-stock hurdles.
