About the Role :
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who sits at the intersection of graphic design and apparel fashion design, specialising in street style. You’ll create standout pieces that combine bold graphics and fashion silhouettes — garments that feel fresh, bold and distinctive for an online‑first streetwear brand bridging Australian aesthetic and Indian context.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualise and design apparel graphics (tees, hoodies, outerwear, bottoms) with strong streetwear visual language — including sketches, mood boards, technical flats, and print / embellishment specifications.
- Develop full fashion garments (men’s & women’s) from silhouette to finish : selecting fabrics, defining cuts, specifying washes / trims, and overseeing fit & sample development.
- Ensure visual cohesion across the collection — both graphic elements and apparel form must speak a unified brand identity.
- Translate brand strategy into visual design systems : graphics, prints, branding elements, colour palettes, textures, sustainable material innovations.
- Stay ahead of global streetwear culture, graphic trends, youth / urban influences in both Australia and India; bring that into product creation.
- Collaborate with the technical / production team to ensure garments are feasible, meet quality standards and respect sustainability criteria.
- Prepare design assets for online launch (mock‑ups, lifestyle imagery, product visuals) and ensure the pieces are “scroll‑stopping” in digital channels.
- Manage design timeline to align with launch schedules : design → sample → production → photo shoot → online launch.
- Mentor / coordinate junior designers or graphic illustrators if required.
