Position           : Network Engineer

Budget (CTC)    : 8 to 10 Lacs (Subject to Relevant Experience)

Experience        : At least 5 years of experience with CCNP certification

Key Responsibilities :

Network Design & Implementation

×    Develop scalable and secure network architectures.

×    Design and deploy LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Configuration & Installation

×    Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems.

×    Install and support network equipment like DNS, DHCP, and WAN accelerators.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

×    Monitor network performance and resolve issues.

×    Apply software patches and replace faulty hardware.

Security Management

×    Implement encryption and other security protocols.

×    Ensure compliance with organisational security policies.

Client Engagement

×    Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer Requirements

×    Conduct meetings to gather technical & business needs.

Required Skills and Certifications :

• CCNP and other Network certifications
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN).
• Experience with Cisco technologies (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
