Job Title : Senior SAP Functional Consultant – SD with PP or QM Modules

Work Mode : Work from Office – BTM 2nd Stage, Bengaluru

Experience : Minimum 5+ Years in SAP

Employment Type : Full time role.

About the Role :

Hexad is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) and at least one core module — Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM).The ideal consultant will have hands-on experience in SAP support and enhancement projects, a strong grasp of end-to-end business processes, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a work-from-office role at our Bengaluru (BTM 2nd Stage) location.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional support for SAP SD along with PP or QM modules.
Handle Incident Management and Change Management processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, WM, FICO) to design and implement integrated SAP solutions.
Conduct business requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documentation, and user manuals.
Work with ABAP developers to debug and resolve complex system issues.
Support system upgrades, patching, and optimization activities.
Ensure smooth business operations through proactive functional support and end-user guidance.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong focus on SD and either PP or QM modules.

In-depth knowledge of :

SD : Sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management, and delivery processes.

PP : Production planning, process orders, capacity planning, and MRP (if applicable) .

QM : Inspection lots, quality notifications, and quality planning (if applicable) .

Strong understanding of integration points between SD–MM–PP–QM–FICO.

Proven experience in support and enhancement environments (ServiceNow or BMC Remedy preferred).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

SAP Certification in SD, PP, or QM will be an added advantage.
