We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering measurable results, and contributing to the overall growth of our digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, events, and analytics using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Develop strategies to improve campaign performance, increase ROI, and drive lead generation.
Manage and nurture client relationships — ensuring timely communication, performance reporting, and satisfaction.
Analyze data and present insights to internal teams and clients to inform strategic decisions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements :

4–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.

Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

Strong understanding of SEM, remarketing, and paid social campaigns.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.

Experience with tools such as Google Data Studio, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms is a plus.
