Procurement Experts and Coupa Solution Architects.

Job Description :

An experienced Coupa Solution Architect to lead solution design, architecture, and delivery for Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM) implementations.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Procurement processes, strong Coupa functional and technical expertise, and hands-on experience across multiple end-to-end Coupa implementations, including integration with ERP and third-party systems.

Your key areas of responsibility will include :

Solution Design & Delivery

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Coupa implementations across Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Translate business requirements into scalable Coupa configurations aligned with best practices.

Design and document solution blueprints, including process flows, configurations, and integration maps.

Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper care activities.

Collaborate with Coupa and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).

Qualifications :

15+ years of overall experience in the Procurement / Source-to-Pay domain.

3+ end-to-end Coupa implementations as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Lead.

Strong expertise across Coupa modules (Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management, Expenses, CLM, Sourcing).

Proven experience with Coupa integrations to ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and external systems.

Experience with integration tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Coupa Link preferred.
