About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic General Manager (GM) - Enterprise Sales to drive nationwide partnerships that expand QI Spine's reach across India and in the International Markets. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with corporate organizations, insurance providers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and other institutional clients for employee health programs, direct billing, and patient referrals across all our clinics pan India. You will be instrumental in forging large-scale alliances, ensuring high engagement, and achieving ambitious revenue and volume targets from the corporate segment. This role demands exceptional business development skills, a strong P&L orientation, and the ability to operate strategically across a diverse national landscape.

What You'll Own :

1. Corporate Partnership Strategy & Acquisition :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive a global strategy for corporate tie-ups, targeting large enterprises, insurance companies, TPAs, and public sector undertakings.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate accounts, presenting customized healthcare solutions for their employees and dependents.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and sustainable partnerships.
  • Drive aggressive growth in the corporate segment, focusing on expanding QI Spine's footprint and patient volumes through these channels.
  • 2. Key Account Management & Relationship Nurturing :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within corporate HR, administration, procurement, and wellness departments, as well as with TPA and insurance partners.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all corporate partners, ensuring seamless service delivery, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with corporate clients to assess performance, identify opportunities for expansion, and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Drive renewals and upselling opportunities within existing corporate accounts.
  • 3. Revenue & Volume Generation :

  • Achieve and exceed aggressive pan-India and global targets for corporate patient footfall and associated revenue.
  • Analyze corporate referral funnels and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates from corporate sources to clinic consultations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, clinical, marketing) to ensure efficient service delivery and positive patient experiences for corporate referrals.
  • Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management for the corporate tie-up segment.
  • 4. Market & Competitive Intelligence :

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and competitive strategies within the corporate healthcare space.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, corporate wellness trends, and TPA / insurance landscape to position QI Spine effectively.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on new service offerings or partnership models for the corporate segment.
  • 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting :

  • Establish and manage robust data tracking and reporting mechanisms for all corporate tie-up activities, including partner acquisition, referral volumes, conversion rates, and financial performance.
  • Prepare and present periodic, data-driven reports on corporate tie-up effectiveness, ROI, and strategic recommendations to the senior management.
  • Utilize and optimize CRM systems for efficient management of corporate client data and sales pipeline.
  • What We're Looking 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate sales, or institutional tie-ups within the healthcare or related service industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and building significant revenue streams from corporate accounts.
  • Proven expertise in managing pan-India and international corporate relationships and driving multi-location tie-ups.
  • Experience engaging with HR heads, CXOs, insurance brokers, and TPA networks.
  • Prior experience in healthcare services, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or insurance is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Expertise :

  • Exceptional negotiation, strategic selling, and closing skills at the corporate level.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of corporate buying cycles, HR policies, and employee benefits.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to senior corporate stakeholders.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, capable of interpreting complex datasets and translating them into actionable business strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership models.
  • Industry Knowledge :

  • In-depth understanding of the Indian and International corporate healthcare landscape, including employee health programs, group insurance policies, and TPA operations.
  • Familiarity with pain management, physiotherapy, or spine care concepts is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Attributes :

  • Highly ambitious, results-oriented, and self-driven, with a passion for building large-scale corporate partnerships.
  • Exceptional networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility.
  • Strong leadership qualities, capable of managing a national portfolio independently.

  • High adaptability and willingness to undertake extensive pan-India Any Graduate.
  • An MBA or a degree in healthcare management / sales & marketing is highly preferred.
