Role Overview:
As the Associate Director - BFSI Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, and position Chat360's CPaaS and Agentic AI solutions to address their specific business challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our solutions to senior executives. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer success and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the BFSI sector to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the BFSI industry by leveraging industry knowledge and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target BFSI accounts to understand their needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate Chat360's CPaaS and Agentic AI solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals with BFSI clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales collateral for the BFSI sector.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback from the field and influence the development of new solutions for the BFSI market.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies within the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI industry, including its challenges, opportunities, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
