Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Associate role specializing in ITI Electricals, based in New Delhi. The Service Associate will be responsible for executing electrical maintenance tasks, performing technical troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with operational safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams to resolve issues and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and customers.
  • Perform installation, servicing, and routine maintenance of fragrance diffuser machines.
  • Analytical skills to diagnose and solve technical issues efficiently.
  • Customer Service skills to ensure high-quality support and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of Finance principles related to project budgeting and resource management.
  • Proven work experience in ITI Electricals or a related technical field.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and operational standards.
  • ITI certification in Electricals or a related discipline is required. Relevant work experience will be an advantage.

Requirements :

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of wiring, connections, and electrical repairs.
  • Willingness to travel to different client locations across India (primarily Delhi / NCR).
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Candidate Should belongs from Delhi.
  • A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Should have valid driving license and own vehicle (scooty / bike) for local travel.
