Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you will be the technical lead in the customer-facing designing solutions that include architecture, drive integration designs, align technical requirements with Converse's & its partners' capabilities, and enable scalable, cost-effective implementation for our customers (SMB, MidMarket & Digital Service providers). Your ability to clarify complex integration scenarios, liaise with global customers (US, EU & APAC), and translate their business needs into solutions that can be delivered using our product offerings.

What You'll Do

1. E2E Platform Architecture

Master Conversive's full stack — Features, headless APIs, SDK ecosystem, unified API layer, channel adapters (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, LINE, voice), embeddable components, compliance guardrails, and backend telemetry.

Design scalable, resilient integration frameworks for CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Creatio, etc. ), voice systems (Dialpad, Aircall), and channel providers ( Vonage).

2. Customer-Facing Technical Liaison

Participate in customer calls (all shifts flexible) to discuss technical solutions approaches, clarify integration constraints, and establish solution impact.

Develop solution architecture blueprints, sequence diagrams, latency / SLA expectations, error-handling schemas, and field mapping documents.

Create a thorough solution document for PRDs / BRDs shared by Customers / partners.

3. Technical Strategy & Delivery Enablement

Validate feasibility for integration use cases — e.g., WhatsApp templates, sender ID provisioning, identity mapping across channels.

Prioritize technical scoping across scenarios (bulk campaigns, 1 : 1 messaging, automation workflows, threading).

Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure APIs / SDKs align with customer requirements without compromising platform scalability.

4. Best-Practice Modeling & Developer Enablement

Create reusable templates : OpenAPI specs, code snippets, configuration blueprints, sandbox workflows.

Evangelize architecture best practices — idempotency, versioning, compliance, observability, SSO / SCIM setup — across internal teams and partners.

5. Competitive Intelligence & Innovation

Monitor evolving capabilities in market platforms

Advise Product and Engineering on strategic opportunities where Conversive can leap ahead — e.g., dynamic AI fallback, omnichannel orchestration, and developer experience.

Requirements Must-Have Qualifications :

15+ years in software architecture, systems integration, or enterprise solutions.

Engineering exposure on Python, Java, REST API, MySQL RDS, Redshift, Mongo, and frontend stack like React.js

Proven expertise in messaging platforms, CRM, CPaaS, or chatbot / AI systems.

Strong competence in designing robust APIs, middleware, SDK patterns, and event pipelines (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Deep understanding of WhatsApp Business API / A2P / 10DLC compliance, template workflows, and identity resolution across channels.

Fluent in creating OpenAPI-first designs, contracting APIs, and versioning strategies.

Excellent written / verbal communication; comfortable translating technical architecture to product conversations and executive language.

Experience working across US and APAC shifts, engaging in customer calls outside standard time zones.

Requirements

Essential Requirements : 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing automation) Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) – expertise is not required, but experience working with it is beneficial Strong expertise in email marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation Data analysis & reporting experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI Excel expertise, including handling large datasets, pivot tables, and formulas Experience with campaign performance tracking & optimization Familiarity with sales and marketing alignment (MQL to SQL process, attribution modeling, etc.) Understanding of and experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies Desired Requirements : Experience with SQL, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics Comfortable with JavaScript and basic coding / scripting for marketing tasks Experience with Webflow for website management
