Position : Lead of AI

Department : Product & Engineering

Location : Remote (Full-time Employment)

Experience : 6–7 Years (Relevant Experience)

Salary : ₹16–22 LPA

🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI / ML models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient AI products.
  • Apply deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or statistical modeling to solve complex business challenges.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance existing AI capabilities.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

  • 6–7 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML and data science projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, AI algorithms, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python, and modern AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative remote environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus.
