Job Description & Specification:

Purpose of the job/summary of the work to be performed - Consolidation, Investment, MIS & Accounting

-Preparation of quarterly and annual Consolidated Financials and reports of the Group in compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI, and other relevant regulations and standards

-Responsible for closing of accounts on a monthly basis, reporting of MIS and preparing, reviewing of financial statements and reports of promoter related entities in compliance with IGAAP, Ind AS, Companies Act and other relevant regulations and standards

-Monthly evaluation of all Investments, its return, performance,

-Investment MIS monthly

-Accounting and Record keeping of all investments

-Valuations of all investments on quarterly basis.

-In depth knowledge of CARO, Schedule III, IndAS and other regulatory requirements

-Conducting research and staying updated on the latest developments in financial reporting

-Coordinating with Finance team of subsidiary companies

-Continuously improving the process of preparing financial statements

-Take lead in providing accounting clarifications as & when they arise

-Analyzing each investment proposal

-Maintaining of statutory registers and other ensuring other compliances

-Coordinating with statutory auditors to finalize financial statements, schedules Take complete ownership of timely signing of financials, proactively working with stakeholders to identify & resolve possible issues.

Investments

1) Analyzing each investment proposal

2) Monthly evaluation of all Investments, its return, performance,

3) Investment MIS monthly

4) Accounting and Record keeping of all investments

5) Valuations of all investment on quarterly basis.

5) Maintaining of statutory registers and other ensuring other compliances

-Communicating effectively with stakeholders and presenting financial results.

-Knowledge of SAP & consolidation tool would be an added advantage
