Job Title: Receptionist

Job Location: Kubadthal Ta. Daskroi Ahmedabad
Reporting To: General Manager (GM)
No. of Openings: 01

Qualification:

  • Graduate (any discipline)

Experience:

  • 0–2 years (freshers can also apply)

Gender :

  • Female

Salary:

  • 15000 – 20000 per month

Work Type:

  • Office-based role

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Weekoff : Thursday

Industry Preference:

  • Electrical Panel Manufacturing Company / Any industry

Benefits:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Receptionist

centers on being the first point of contact welcoming visitors managing calls/emails scheduling appointments handling mail and performing administrative tasks like filing data entry and maintaining the reception area all while ensuring a professional welcoming atmosphere and efficient office operations. Key duties include greeting guests directing inquiries managing calendars/diaries coordinating meetings ordering supplies and providing support for other staff requiring strong communication organization and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors announce guests manage visitor logs issue badges and maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Communication Hub: Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls take messages and respond to emails and inquiries.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment calendars book meeting rooms arrange catering and coordinate travel plans for staff.
  • Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail/packages perform data entry filing photocopying and prepare documents (memos reports).
  • Office Maintenance: Monitor and order office supplies liaise with maintenance/IT and ensure general office tidiness.
  • Security & Facilities: May monitor access manage building access for new staff and assist with basic facility issues.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or Front Desk Representative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Professional appearance positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
