Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and shape how our brand connects with audiences across platforms. You’ll be responsible for strategy, content, engagement, and analytics—owning the full lifecycle of social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.

Manage day-to-day content creation, posting, and engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter / X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Create visually engaging and brand-consistent content in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.

Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and industry conversations to keep the brand relevant.

Engage actively with followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions.

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) with actionable insights.

Manage paid social campaigns to optimize ROI and drive targeted outcomes.

Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, PR, HR) to amplify campaigns and initiatives.

Stay ahead of evolving algorithms, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3–6 years of proven experience in managing social media for brands / companies.

Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social analytics tools, and paid ad management.

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
