Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced HR Functional Consultant with strong expertise in HR operations and process enhancement. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR business processes rather than system support functions. This role will involve partnering with HR and technology teams to define, optimize, and implement HR processes using DayForce, with an eye toward future Workday migration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with HR and DayForce support teams to enhance existing HR processes.
- Define, document, and implement new HR functions and workflows leveraging DayForce capabilities.
- Analyze current HR operational models and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system functionalities.
- Support change management and training initiatives during new HR process rollouts.
- Contribute to planning and execution of the DayForce to Workday transition in the near future.
Required Skills and Experience :
8+ years of overall HR experience, with strong exposure to functional HR operations .Hands-on experience working with DayForce HRIS (functional side preferred).Proven track record of defining and improving HR processes using technology.Good understanding of HR domains such as payroll, benefits, employee data management, and compliance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with HR and IT teams.Familiarity with Workday or experience in HR system migration projects will be an advantage.
