Job descriptionProject Management : Coordinate various projects as per Pilot Program, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Sales & Business Development : Market search, identify potential clients, and develop pitch decks, marketing presentations. Project and Proposal Documentation : Develop Proposals, Estimates, and Execution plans Market Analysis : Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Reporting & Documentation : Manage Program MIS, Prepare reports on project progress, sales performance, and market insights. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align project and sales goals. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Hands on experience in Project Management, PM Tools and Customer Handling Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Experience - 5 Years to 7 Years (Relevant In Project Manager)
