Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Product Manager role located in Mumbai at LXME. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of financial products for women, coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, customer requirement understanding, defining product strategies, and prioritizing features to meet user needs and deliver end to end product features from start to delivery and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Market Research, and Product Strategy skills
• Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of financial services and products
• Experience in the fintech industry is a must
• Bachelor&aposs or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
