Job Description :

• Plan, organize, and execute freight forwarding projects(ODC CARGO) from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and other service providers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial targets and delivery deadlines.
• Oversee the transportation and logistics process, including scheduling shipments, tracking cargo, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, highlighting achievements and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve project management processes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and business partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
