Job Opening : E-Commerce Assistant – Jewellery Brand

Location : New Marine Lines ( Mumbai)

Work Mode : Full-time, Work from Home

Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Salary : ₹15,000 per month

‍ Experience : 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic E-Commerce Assistant to join our jewellery brand and manage online operations from home. You’ll handle product listings, orders, and customer queries across platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, and our brand website — ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks great online.

Key Responsibilities

Upload and update jewellery listings with accurate details and images.

Coordinate with creative and warehouse teams for photos, stock, and dispatch.

Handle customer queries, returns, and delivery issues.

Track sales, manage stock updates, and monitor platform performance.

Support marketing with product info for campaigns and social media.

Maintain product details, hallmark, and certification data online.

Requirements

Graduate (E-commerce, Marketing, Business preferred).

0–6 months experience in e-commerce or retail (jewellery experience a plus).

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets & basic online platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).

Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.

Interest in jewellery, fashion, and online sales.

Preferably staying in or near South Mumbai.
