Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Merchandiser role based in Mumbai. The Jewellery Merchandiser will oversee and manage product development, lead client communication to understand their requirements, and collaborate with the production team to ensure designs align with client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, analyzing market trends, and optimizing product assortment to drive sales. The role also involves maintaining inventory, monitoring quality, and ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail
• Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies
• Ability to adapt to trends, analyze market demands, and work collaboratively with teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Background in the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred
