Client Communication Executive (WFO – Hyderabad)

Role Overview

You will be the communication backbone of Lantrn. Your role is to keep clients happy, updated, and confident while ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality work on time. You will coordinate between design, content, marketing, and leadership to maintain smooth operations and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with assigned clients
• Take detailed briefs and convert them into clear internal tasks
• Coordinate with designers, editors, content writers, and marketers
• Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
• Manage revisions, feedback loops, and approvals
• Prepare weekly reports and performance updates
• Conduct scheduled review calls with clients
• Track all ongoing tasks, deadlines, and client requirements
• Identify early signs of issues and escalate proactively
• Build strong client relationships through consistency and clarity

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
