Digital Campaign Strategist

We're seeking a User Acquisition Associate with 6-12 months of experience in email marketing, campaign operations or performance marketing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor and optimize email campaigns using necessary tools ensuring accurate sequencing, audience mapping and follow-up logic across all campaigns.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including open rates, reply rates, bounces, conversion and user acquisition funnel from initial send to conversion or booking.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a logical, process-driven and accuracy-focused individual with strong analytical skills comfortable with data, spreadsheets and dashboards.

Preferred qualifications include experience with B2B or outbound marketing campaigns, A / B testing, basic conversion tracking setups and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for custom reports and analytics.
