About the Role

As an

SEO Specialist , you’ll play a key role in optimizing Oyster HR’s web ecosystem to improve visibility, ranking, and traffic performance.

You’ll collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to deliver measurable growth through both on-page and off-page optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies that align with business goals.

Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for better organic performance.

Monitor technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with developers.

Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

Build backlinks and manage off-site SEO activities to improve domain authority.

Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience

in SEO or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
