We are bootstrapped, product-first, and building for the next decade of AI-native businesses.
About the Role – Founding AI Growth Partner We are building a multi-city, multi-product partner network . We are looking for entrepreneurial sales / business development professionals who want to build their own AI revenue line rather than just change jobs.
This is not a salary role .
This is a commission-based, high-upside, business partner role where you :
Represent Goodspace.ai (AI recruiter) and BOSS (AI work automation) in your city / region
Own relationships with mid-sized companies (100–500 white-collar employees) and beyond
Earn meaningful, uncapped commissions on every deal you close
Think of it as building a personal AI practice with our products, brand, and support behind you.
What You Will Do Identify and approach HR, business, and CXO decision-makers in your network and market
Sell :
Goodspace.ai – AI-powered recruitment solutions (AI finder, shortlister, interviewer)
BOSS – AI agents that automate work across business functions
Run the full sales cycle : prospecting, discovery, demos (with our support if needed), proposals, negotiation, closing
Build and manage a book of recurring ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) in your city / region
Act as the local face of Goodspace & BOSS – gathering feedback from clients and helping us shape the roadmap
Optionally, evolve into a Regional / Country Partner as you grow your portfolio
You can start part-time alongside your current role to test traction, then scale up as it pays off.
Who This Is For You are a good fit if you are :
An experienced B2B sales / business development / HR consulting / SaaS / IT services professional
Already selling to or well-connected with mid-sized or enterprise clients
Based in or strongly connected to NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad , or key international markets
Comfortable operating as an independent partner , not as an employee waiting for a fixed salary
Motivated by uncapped upside , ownership, and being early in the AI wave , rather than a small percentage increment on your current CTC
Disciplined enough to build and run your own pipeline
This is not for you if :
Your primary goal is a higher fixed salary than your current job
You are uncomfortable with variable earnings and performance-linked income
You need a corporate structure, teams, and constant supervision to perform
Compensation & Upside This is a commission-only role initially .
Commission on deals you source and close :
Typically in the range of 15–25% of Year-1 revenue (ARR)
Commission on renewals / expansions :
A trailing percentage (e.g., 5–10%) to reward long-term client management
No cap on earnings :
Example : closing a few deals in the ₹25–50L ARR range can earn you what many people make in a full year of fixed salary
For high-performing partners over time, there is potential for :
Regional / Country Partner status
Improved commercial terms
Discussion of more formal roles or JV-style structures as we scale
