Placing orders in the SAP systemIdentifying and resolving issues related to ordersUtilizing SAP and other system tools to manage ordersCollaborating with other departments within the company to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentCommunicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate informationFollowing up on orders and providing tracking and status updatesAdhering to company policies and objectivesSelf-motivated and able to take ownership of responsibilities.Education

On Call Monday through Friday – 9hrs. Shift window 5 : 30pm – 5 : 30 am IST
Experience -
2 years' experience in Order fulfillment / Order to Cash process. International voice calling.
