Senior Media Buyer / Account Manager

We're a young growth-obsessed marketing agency based out of Hyderabad, India that's looking for an experienced media buyer or paid ads growth specialist for eCommerce & Home Services brands based in India and the USA. We've added $500 Mil+ in revenue for our eCommerce and Home services brands in the last 6 years & are currently in the growth phase with onboarding new & scaling our current client roster.

We'd prefer someone who's willing to go the extra mile putting in the effort to push for better results & improve the overall experience working for us & our brands instead of someone who's managed millions in ad spend but would deliver sub-standard results & experience.

For the right candidate, we are willing for performance incentives on top of base pay based depending on the results you get. Plus this does not require you to relocate if you have the capability to deliver results & coordinate fast with our team remotely.

Responsibilities :

• Research the account / brand demographic you're working on to churn out the most relevant ad copy / creative / funnel structure suggestions.
• Client communication & confidence building
• Perform A / B tests to gather insights.
• Follow a rigorous data-driven approach for making decisions.
• Suggest & optimize for new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, improvements on landing pages, etc with an aim to help increase ROAS / conversions
• Keep up with new updates & industry changes to incorporate into our strategy.
• Work closely with us & our brands to help achieve target KPIs.
• Write creative copies with a direct response focus.
• Write & edit marketing copy with excellent grammar.

Minimum Requirements :

Have managed paid ads campaigns in the past on Facebook / Google preferably for eCommerce / DTC brands

Managed a minimum of $25,000 in ad spend

Have at least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience
