We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Expert (PPC Specialist) to manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google’s advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience (preferably in a digital marketing agency), strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving ROI through performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaign performance via A / B testing, ad copy improvements, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and / or GA4.
- Analyze campaign data, extract insights, and present actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing page strategies.
- Maintain and improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Generate regular performance reports and present results to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of proven experience in Google Ads / PPC campaign management (agency experience preferred).Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio / Looker Studio.Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, remarketing, and audience segmentation.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.Strong communication and reporting skills.
