Job Description
A dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant is sought to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SF Time Management solutions for global clients. As a remote consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project solutions while enjoying flexibility.
- Lead SAP SF Time Management implementations, configurations, and rollouts.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support business processes.
- Configure and optimize Time Management modules (Time Off, Time Tracking, Attendance, Work Schedules, etc.).
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide end-user support.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure successful deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.Strong experience in SF Time Management configuration, implementation, and integration.Knowledge of SAP HCM and other SF modules is a plus.Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.Benefits
