Role Overview :
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing real estate channel partners to generate qualified leads and drive sales for residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong market understanding, relationship-building capabilities, and proactive sourcing strategies to maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent lead flow.
- Conduct regular partner engagement activities, meetings, and site visits to drive sales performance.
- Monitor channel partner productivity and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams for lead management, follow-ups, and conversion support.
- Develop sourcing strategies to expand partner networks across relevant micro markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, pricing, and inventory to channel partners.
- Resolve channel partner queries, commercial concerns, and coordination issues efficiently.
- Track and report sourcing metrics, sales performance, and partner engagement insights.
- Support marketing teams in organizing channel partner meets, training, and promotional events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, documentation, and commercial agreements.
Required Skillsets :
Strong experience in managing real estate channel partner networks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in sourcing and lead generation within the real estate sector.Good market understanding of Bengalurus real estate ecosystem and micro markets.Ability to build long-term professional relationships and drive partner loyalty.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling business pressure.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.(ref : iimjobs.com)
