Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years, not more than 5 years of inside sales / business development experience (manufacturing / engineering background preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them to customers. Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual selling platforms. - Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
- Manage CRM pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and achieve quarterly sales targets.
