Responsibilities :
- Executing trades and order-punching across equity, derivatives, options, and cash segments
- Managing and servicing an existing base of HNI & UHNI clients
- Acquiring new clients through research, events, referrals, or network
- Ensuring exceptional client servicing and relationship building
- After 2 years of tenure or upon completion of MO milestone, achieving cross-sell targets (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, lending) Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Solid experience in trading platform operation and order execution
- Deep understanding of derivatives, options, and equity cash markets
- Proven track record in HNI / UHNI client interaction & relationship management
- Self-motivated with strong client acquisition capabilities
- Excellent communication and client-centric orientation KPIs & Targets :
- Client acquisitions per quarter
- AUM growth in existing client portfolios
- Trade execution volumes and revenue generation
- Cross-sell ratio post 2-year milestone
