Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Ghaziabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, streamline business processes, and ensure that organizational goals are achieved efficiently. Responsibilities include managing supply chains, supervising teams, maintaining quality control, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and scalability. The role involves continuous coordination and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Leadership
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, and Logistics
• Proficiency in Team Management, Communication, and Conflict Resolution
• Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• Familiarity with Business Operations in retail or fragrance sectors is advantageous
• Proficient in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment
