Job description

We’re looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Lead to manage and optimize 3PL operations across warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. This role sits within our Control Tower and ensures smooth, cost-effective logistics by overseeing daily operations, resolving issues in real-time, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily 3PL operations : warehousing, pick-pack-ship, returns
  • Monitor SLAs and drive performance improvements
  • Resolve operational issues swiftly and escalate critical matters
  • Analyze data and generate KPI reports
  • Collaborate across CS, finance, demand planning & marketing
  • Support tech integration & maintain data integrity
  • Drive process optimization and ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years’ experience preferably in a control tower operations, analytics or environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
