Meta Ads Specialist

who can blend strategy, creativity, and analytics to drive impactful results.

What You’ll Do :

Design, manage & optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns

Develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and minimize CPA

Create engaging ad copies and visuals in collaboration with the creative team

Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights

Stay ahead of Meta’s evolving ad trends and tools

Key Responsibilities

Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and additional digital platforms.

Drive core performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and overall revenue growth.

Oversee campaign budgets, daily pacing, and prepare detailed performance reports.

Develop and run A / B tests for creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.

Work closely with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.

Analyze campaign data to derive insights and translate them into actionable growth strategies.

Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns for D2C or eCommerce brands.

Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably with measurable results.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools.

Experience working with Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution platforms like Triple Whale or Hyros.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with creative teams
