  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in art / Design / Animation
  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Motion graphic artist
  • Worked as a motion designer at a creative agency / Animation Studio / In-house team /

Self-initiated projects with a strong portfolio

Job Description

  • Experience working on mobile platforms / Apps / Social media launches.
  • Ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create

    • impactful motion design used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video)

  • A solid understanding of design language , Aesthetics, Storytelling
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of animation principles, Aesthetics , Composition, Timing,

    • Spacing

  • Possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe illustrator, Adobe

    • Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management

    • skills

  • Needs to be well equipped with working on various design styles and be flexible in

    • adapting to newer ones

  • Create visually stunning animations, transitions, and effects that align with

    • brand identity and messaging.

  • Assertive, proactive, empathetic and forward-looking
  • Super energetic positive attitude and a strong appetite for growth
  • Keen to follow latest design trends in motion design, film making, graphic design

    • with an excellent eye for typography and layout

  • Ui / Ux experience is a plus

    • Skills & KRAs

  • Should be able to apply motion design skills regardless of the medium
  • Ability to think conceptually and solve design problems proactively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced

    • environment.

  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted solutions that meet stakeholders' requirements.
  • Obsessed with details and has a strong eye for design nuances
