Job Title :  Technical Consultant / App Development Architect (MERN Stack – Hospitality Domain)

About the role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant with strong expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to collaborate with our outsourced development team on a hospitality-based application. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, consulting, and architecture advisory responsibilities, ensuring the app aligns with business goals and modern technical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a technical liaison between the client and development team.
• Review existing codebase, architecture, and product roadmap to suggest technical enhancements, performance improvements, and scalability updates.
• Guide and mentor the team in implementing best practices for backend and frontend development.
• Ensure smooth integration of APIs, databases, and third-party tools for hospitality-specific features (booking, CRM, POS, etc.).
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning.
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback for maintainability and performance.
• Evaluate new technologies or frameworks relevant to product goals.
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Oversee deployment and production troubleshooting as needed.
