Role : Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with channel partners (brokers / agents / distributors).
- Conduct regular site visits, broker meets, and market mapping of nearby real estate clusters.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with channel partners to drive walk-ins and closures.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in the region.
- Maintain up-to-date competitor and market intelligence — including pricing, offerings, and customer trends.
- Track daily visits, funnel movement, and report progress through CRM / Excel.
